Helen is a highly experienced teacher, having shared her unique practice across the U.K. and internationally for over a decade.
She works with both professionals and aspiring artists; from early stages development and youth, to adults, across both arenas of poetry and dance, sometimes bridging the two in creative and professional development work.

Helen’s contemporary class combines her training in release, jazz, and Cuban and Afro rhythms for a full-bodied movement experience. Expect fluidity, creativity. Phrases that melt you to the floor. Dynamic travelling sequences that start simple, and grow in complexity. Everybody sweats and smiles.
Cuban Salsa, Cuban Rhythms
